Sourdough Selection
All sourdough breads are made using a starter fermentation. There is no commercial yeast used in my sourdough breads. Many people feel sourdough is easier to digest than regular commercial yeasted bread due to the way gluten is broken down by the fermentation.
Regular Sourdough
Typical white sourdough loaf. Can be shaped as long loaf or round. Great for toast, garlic bread, dips, spreads… use your imagination!
